PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–7 calendar days for your order to be processed. Processing time and shipping time are separate. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after processing via UPS or USPS. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Overnight shipping is available on eligible Burmese Hair orders for an additional $30. Overnight shipping refers to transit time after your order has been processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been installed, worn, washed, colored, cut, altered, or removed from its original packaging.
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Please double-check your length, texture, shipping address, and order details before checking out. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.
TEXTURE & COLOR DISCLAIMER
Our hair is sourced from human donors, so slight variations in texture, curl pattern, and natural color may occur. No two bundles will be completely identical. These variations are normal and make each bundle unique.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, her. hair co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
